Data Sovereignty Protocol.
ZokioEdge operates on a strict "Need-to-Know" basis. We reject surveillance capitalism. Here is exactly how your data is handled within the Z-OS environment.
01 The Core Principle
You are the Sovereign Owner of your data. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third-party data brokers. We only collect data required to execute the Z-OS environment.
02 Application Data (Formspree)
When you apply for a seat via the Z-OS Terminal (our application modal), your data is transmitted securely via Formspree.
- Data Collected: Name, Email, Revenue Bracket, Team Size, Mission Brief.
- Purpose: To evaluate your compatibility with the ZokioEdge Operating System (Z-OS).
- Storage: Data is processed by Formspree (USA) and delivered directly to the ZokioEdge secure inbox.
03 Telemetry (Matomo)
We use a self-hosted instance of Matomo to monitor system performance and visitor flow.
- No Cookies: We have configured the tracking to "Disable Cookies" and respect "Do Not Track" signals.
- Anonymity: Your IP address is anonymized before storage. We cannot identify you personally.
- Data Residency: This data remains on our private infrastructure and is never shared with advertising networks (e.g., Google).
04 Command & Control (Your Rights)
Under GDPR and Z-OS protocols, you have the right to request a full data export or a "Hard Delete" of your application record at any time.
